Stacking Rack

Unlike fixed racking, our stacking racks function as independent, mobile storage units. They allow for rapid warehouse reconfiguration, easily adapting to seasonal inventory shifts and evolving material workflows.

When empty, the racks can be nested (stack rack mode) or quickly disassembled into a flat base and removable posts. This significantly reduces storage space and frees up valuable floor space for other operations.

Ideal for bulky, long, or irregularly shaped loads that cannot be stacked directly, including pipes, textiles, and compressed rolls. The heavy-duty steel frame supports the full vertical load, protecting fragile and irregular products from crushing and damage.

Precisely spaced steel runners provide unrestricted four-way forklift and pallet jack access. This enables smooth, safe, and efficient material handling from the loading dock to the storage area.

Equipped with specially designed heavy-duty stacking cups or guide feet, our racks achieve precise and secure alignment during vertical stacking. This reliable interlocking mechanism allows fully loaded racks to be safely stacked 3–5 levels high under maximum load conditions.

The main base frame and vertical corner posts are constructed from high-quality, heavy-wall steel tubes or square tubes. This rigid structure prevents bending and deformation under extreme pressure, ensuring perfect load alignment and stability during high-density stacking operations.

Designed to withstand the toughest industrial storage conditions, each stacking rack unit features certified structural performance. Each level can safely support up to 1,500 kg of static load, ensuring reliable load handling and enhanced workplace safety.

Using high-precision industrial welding robots, every joint and load-bearing support is fully welded with deep penetration technology. This eliminates the risk of micro-cracks commonly found in spot welding, enabling the racks to withstand continuous forklift impacts and heavy-duty operations.

Our stacking racks are widely used in large cold storage facilities and blast freezing warehouses. Unlike alternative materials, our high-grade steel and protective coating maintain excellent toughness without becoming brittle or cracking in extreme cold conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable frozen food logistics.

For outdoor storage yards, construction material logistics, and humid environments, we offer full-immersion hot-dip galvanizing treatment. This process creates a protective zinc coating on both the inner and outer surfaces of steel tubes, delivering decades of maintenance-free corrosion resistance.

For indoor automotive parts storage, tire warehouses, and manufacturing facilities, our electrostatic powder coating provides a durable, high-gloss protective finish. It effectively resists heavy scratches, physical wear, and oil contamination, while supporting custom color options for efficient inventory classification and tracking.

To accommodate unique inventory requirements, our racks can be equipped with wire mesh side panels, removable steel side guards, wooden or steel decking, and forklift guide rails. We customize accessories to perfectly match your specific material handling processes.
