FAQ

Product & Customization
Are your steel pallets, metal crates, stacking racks, and warehouse racking systems customizable?
Yes, absolutely. Over 90% of our products are manufactured based on custom specifications. We tailor dimensions, load capacities, entry directions (2-way or 4-way), structure types, and colors to match your specific warehouse layout, material handling equipment (such as forklifts and AGVs), and operational workflows.
Yes. Once we clarify your technical requirements and load capacity needs, our engineering team will create 2D/3D CAD or SolidWorks technical drawings for your review and formal approval prior to mass production.
Technical Specifications & Quality
We offer two primary industrial surface finishes depending on your operating environment:
1. Electrostatic Powder Coating: Recommended for standard indoor warehouses, offering durable wear resistance, sleek aesthetics, and customizable color options.
2. Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Ideal for cold storage facilities, high-humidity, outdoor, or chemically harsh environments, providing long-term rust prevention.
We use high-grade prime steel (such as Q235 and Q355 structural steel) sourced from certified top-tier mills. Our designs undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify stress points, and every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks during cutting, robotic/manual welding, coating, and assembly. Load test reports can be provided upon request.
Order & MOQ
We design our products with high transport efficiency in mind. Many of our metal crates and stacking racks feature collapsible or nestable designs to maximize container volume utilization. For shipment, products are securely bundled with heavy-duty strapping, wrapped in protective stretch film, and fitted with reinforced corner guards to prevent surface scratches during transit.
Standard production lead time is typically 20 to 30 days after technical drawing approval and deposit receipt. Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and customization complexity.
Packaging & Logistics
To optimize sea freight container loading space and lower your unit shipping costs, our standard MOQ is 1x20ft or 1x40HQ container. However, trial orders and smaller batches for custom project evaluation are welcome.
Yes. We can produce a full-scale prototype sample for fitment, forklift testing, and quality inspection. Sample production fees and freight costs apply, but sample charges can be credited back toward your subsequent full-container production order.
Trade Terms & Payment
We regularly support standard international commercial terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) (typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight).
