Can you customize dimensions and load capacities?
Yes. The catalog offers customized dimensions and configurations for steel pallets, stacking racks and metal containers. Racking is configured around the warehouse layout and project requirements.
Are catalog load ratings final specifications?
Racking tables show typical reference ranges. Final dimensions and capacities are confirmed through the approved project design. Steel pallet static, dynamic and racking capacities must be specified separately.
Which finishes are available?
Powder coating and galvanizing are available for the product types shown in the catalog. Light-duty and medium-duty shelving list powder coating. Confirm the finish with your quotation.
Can steel pallets work with automated systems?
Steel pallets can be custom-designed for conveyors and automated material handling applications. Please supply the interface dimensions, support arrangement and equipment requirements.
What are your lead time and minimum order quantity?
These depend on the product, customization and order quantity. Send your requirements for a project-specific quotation and production schedule.
How do I send drawings?
Email your drawings to the contact address shown on this site, or include a shareable drawing link in the inquiry form. Please include units and the required operating loads.
Do you support export delivery?
The catalog describes global delivery with packaging, loading and shipping coordination. Confirm the destination and delivery terms during quotation.
