The client, a massive e-commerce and logistics fulfillment center in Tongxiang, was dealing with skyrocketing regional storage costs. They had acquired a brand-new warehouse with a clear height of 14 meters, but their existing standard racking could only reach 5 meters. Custom Heavy-Duty Baseplates & Anchoring: Engineered with oversized, high-thickness baseplates and multi-point heavy chemical anchor bolts to anchor the 12-meter frames rock-solid into the concrete foundation.

Double-Tier Safety Back-Bracing: Integrated robust X-bracing and portal beams across the top levels to eliminate any dynamic swaying during high-reach forklift material loading.
